Cambodia: Our latest tour destination for one of Jordan’s top schools marking their 6th overseas trip with GET!

23 students joined GET in Cambodia for an IB CAS tour, participating in two days of service with one of our project schools in Siem Reap, and GETting into the action with a three day bicycle tour in and around Siem Reap. thumb_DSCF3171_1024The rides took the group to Tonle Sap Lake, Banteay Srai, and a day touring the stunning and magnificent Angkor Wat temples, covering an impressive 89km on forest track and rough trails. The fourth day took the group on foot through the forests of Kulen Mountain, finishing at a refreshing waterfall cascading 30 metres into the river below.

After a fun-packed and fulfilling 9 days in Cambodia, the group have experienced the history and culture of the Cambodian people, who have been as welcoming as ever. All students were a credit to the school and their country, and we wish them a safe journey back to Jordan. Congratulations on a successful and memorable tour and we hope to see them again soon!
