France – Paris Highlights – 6 Days

Discover the magic of Paris with a perfect balance of fun and learning. From world-famous landmarks and hands-on French cooking to a full day at Disneyland, this journey blends history, culture, and adventure in the City of Light.
Day 1 – Arrival & Seine Cruise
Arrive in Paris, enjoy a city coach tour and a Seine River cruise, with a walk through the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame surroundings before hotel check-in.
Day 2 – Champs-Elysées & Paris Icons
Stroll the Champs-Elysées and see the Arc de Triomphe, then visit the Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette, the Grévin Museum, and more.
Day 3 – Disneyland Paris
Spend a full day at Disneyland Paris for an unforgettable theme park adventure.
Day 4 – Eiffel Tower & The Louvre
Climb the Eiffel Tower for sweeping views, then explore the Louvre Museum before browsing the festive Tuileries Market.
Day 5 – Versailles & French Cooking
Tour the opulent Palace of Versailles, then take part in a hands-on patisserie cooking class at École Ducasse.
Day 6 – Departure

Challenge, teamwork & outdoor adventure in southwest France
Developing outdoor skills, independence & teamwork through a multi-day hiking and canoeing adventure in southwest France

Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation
Arrive in Toulouse and transfer to Argentat-sur-Dordogne. Settle into camp, meet your guides, and enjoy a briefing and orientation walk.
Day 2 – Practice & Camp Craft
Develop navigation and group skills on practice hikes, followed by camp-craft training in cooking and camp set-up.
Day 3 – Canoe Introduction & Preparation
Take to the Dordogne River for a half-day canoe introduction with safety briefing. In the afternoon, shop and plan for the qualifying expedition.
Day 4 – Qualifying Expedition: Hiking
Begin the expedition with a self-sufficient hike: Silver groups cover 10km, Gold groups 16km, camping overnight at Saulou.
Day 5 – Qualifying Expedition: Canoe
Paddle 23km from Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne to Vayrac, followed by a short hike to the campsite.
Day 6 – Qualifying Expedition: Canoe
Canoe 18km to Saint Sozy. Silver groups finish their expedition here and transfer to Souillac; Gold groups camp overnight to continue.
Day 7 – Expedition Completion & Celebration
Gold groups canoe 15km to Souillac, completing their expedition. Silver groups explore Le Labyrinthe de l’Ermite before everyone reunites at Quercyland Waterpark for a celebratory evening.
Day 8 – Departure
Transfer by coach to Toulouse Airport with a picnic lunch for the journey.
France – Atlantic Coast Cycling Expedition Highlights – 10 Days
Challenge, teamwork & discovery along the Vélodyssée
Cycling the famous Vélodyssée route to develop endurance, resilience & teamwork while discovering France’s Atlantic coastline

Day 1 – Arrival in Arcachon
Arrive in Toulouse or Bordeaux and transfer to Arcachon. Settle into camp, prepare for the expedition, and enjoy dinner together.
Day 2 – Bike Prep & Training
Meet your biking guide, check equipment, and practice skills ahead of your multi-day ride.
Day 3 – Arcachon to Parentis-en-Born (51 km)
Cycle to the famous Dune du Pilat for a climb and panoramic views, then continue through Biscarrosse Plage before arriving at camp.
Day 4 – Parentis-en-Born to Léon (78 km)
Ride through forests and beaches, stopping in Mimizan-Plage for lunch before finishing in Léon.
Day 5 – Léon to Bayonne (62 km)
Continue south through Capbreton, then ride into Bayonne to camp and rest.
Day 6 – Bayonne to Hendaye (51 km)
Final ride along the coast, stopping in Biarritz or Saint-Jean-de-Luz before reaching Hendaye-Plage for your last night of camping.
Day 7 – Basque Culture & La Rhune
Visit the Basque Cake Museum for a baking class, then hike or take the rack train up La Rhune mountain.
Day 8 – Castle & Adventure Park
Explore Abbadia Castle in the morning, then spend the afternoon at Wowpark for fun outdoor activities.
Day 9 – Free Day & Celebration
Relax at camp, enjoy shopping or leisure time, and gather for a celebratory dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 10 – Departure
Transfer to Bordeaux International Airport for your flight home.

No – we provide example itienraires based on the first contact with a school and request for a specifc destination and type of programme. Once we establish the focus, number of days and other requirements, such as hotel standard, type of trsansport, food etc, we then fine tune a tailored programme that specifically meets a schools needs.
All schools will receive our terms and conditions with our first proposal. Our terms and conditions outline the payment schedule and terms of payment and cancellation. No trip is confirmed until a depsoit or full payment has been received.
The contract for any trip is between GET and the school. It is the school responsibility to liaisie with parents and students, sell the trip to parents and students and collect any payments as per our terms and conditions. It is the schools responsbility to enxure parents and students are aware of GET Terms and Condtions when promoiting a trip, and this includes payment and cancellation terms.
Our terms and contditions explain the process and period of cancellation and refund. It is important to note that once a school makes confirmation and initial deposit for a trip, comprehensive insurance cover should also be taken in the event anyone has to withdraw from the trip for various reasons which may be covered by the insurance. The period between confirmation and the actual trip dates is important to be covered fully.
Yes. All GET team members undergo background and safeguarding checks, and specialist activity providers are licensed and vetted.
Comprehensive risk assessments are conducted for every activity and location. Copies can be provided in advance for schools, and our staff review risks daily depending on weather and local conditions. Note, that schools will still required to arrange their own risk assessments in line with their own school policy and studetns attending the trip.
We request dietary requirements in advance and liaise directly with hotels/restaurants. Allergen information is communicated to catering teams, and staff monitor meals to ensure compliance. Any very specifc requirements may require addtional follow up and charge.
GET leaders carry mobile phones, satellite phones (where needed), and emergency contact numbers.
Yes. We require comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover, activity cover (e.g., trekking, rafting, skiing), and repatriation. Schools should arrange this to ensure the whole group are covered under the same policy for the trip.
This is possible and should be requested in good time prior to any trip and only once a trip has been confirmed and deposit has been paid. GET will cover costs for the visiting teacher when in country. GET will not be responsible for travel costs to and from country of visit and some meals during the trip. Site visits should normally last between 3-5 days depending on the type of trip.
